中文摘要 | 新课程改革和教师资格认定改革的宏观背景,对高校师范生从师技能的培养提出更高的要求。但培养过程中,面临着时间不足、内容脱节等现实困境。“翻转课堂”的出现与应用,为师范生从师技能培养模式创新提供了思想内核。该文借鉴“翻转课堂”教学模式,尝试建立课上与课下相结合、梯度渐进、三维互动、动态改进的地理师范生从师技能训练体系,通过多种途径实现地理专业课程的延伸与强化,并进一步加强教学技能训练。实验结果表明,基于“翻转”课堂的培训模式能够有效提升师范生的从师技能。 |
英文摘要 | The grand background of the New Curriculum Reform and Teacher Qualification Reform has higher demands for the development of students of College Teachers Teaching Skills. But during the training process, facing with the dilemma of the lack of time, the content disjointed and so on, the appearance and appliance of “Flipped class” for the normal students Teaching Skills Training model innovation, provide the ideological core. We should refer to the “flipped classroom” teaching mode, try to establish the class and class phasor combination, gradual gradient, three-dimensional interaction, dynamic improvement of geographical Normal School Students Teaching Skills training system of geographic curriculum, through a variety of ways of extending and strengthening and further strengthen teaching skills training. Experimental results show that the training mode “flipped” thought can effectively enhance the students’ teaching skills of Normal School. |
