中文摘要 | 职教教师信息化专业能力是信息时代下职教教师从事信息化职业教育教学活动所必需的专业能力。建立职教教师信息化专业能力结构模型既能够对判断职教教师信息化专业能力的发展现状提供依据,也能够为职教教师培训提供相应参考。该文首先从能力的角度出发对职教教师信息化专业能力进行界定;然后以能力结构理论为指导分析职教教师专业能力的构成要素;最后根据现有研究成果构建职教教师信息化专业能力结构模型,提出了职教教师信息化专业能力的发展阶段及特点,并对其各发展阶段跃迁的关键因素进行了分析。 |
英文摘要 | The professional ability in ICT of vocational education teachers is the professional ability of the vocational education teachers in information age. The establishment of professional ability in ICT structure model of vocational education teachers can not only provide the basis for judging the development status of professional ability in ICT of vocational education teachers, but also provide reference for the training of vocational education teachers. First of all, from the angle of ability, this paper defines the professional ability in ICT of vocational education teachers; and then analyzes the elements of vocational education teachers' professional ability in the direction of the ability structure theory; finally according to the existing research results, the structure model of professional ability in ICT of vocational education teachers was constructed, and put forward the development stage and characteristics of the professional ability in ICT of vocational education teachers, and the key factors of the different development stage of transition is analyzed. |
