The Reform of Australian Teacher Education in the Perspective of Policy Package and Its Enlightenment

21世纪以来，澳大利亚出台了一系列旨在培养优质教师、建立全国标准的教师教 育政策;开展了以实施变革型教师专业化、加强初任教师入职教育等为主要内容的教师教育改 革。在各方的共同努力下改革卓有成效，对当下我国教师教育改革具有借鉴意义。

The Australian government has introduced a series of teacher education policies since 2000 which axe designed to train excellent teachers and establish national standards. The government also has carried out teacher education reform involving the implementation of transformative teacher professionalism， strengthening inductive education for beginning teachers and so on. The reform has obtained delectable results under the joint efforts of all parties. It has meaningful value for the current teacher education reform in our country.
