英文摘要 | According to Weber's rationalization trend analysis of the concept of modem social development, the teacher culture development trends of the western countries also have the characteristics of the rationalization. Both bureaucracy and disenchantment exercise great influence on teacher culture production of the western countries. New teacher culture production has new crisis, its solution needs the power of tradition and mystery. But this is not possible because of contradiction of rationalization. Teacher culture in our country should maintain sharp vigilance on rationalization crisis of the teacher culture development trends. This is a valid way to improve the moral qualities of administrative personnel and to preserve the knowledge and teaching authority. |
