循着韦伯对现代社会发展理性化趋向的分析理路，西方教师文化发展趋向亦呈现 理性化的特征。韦伯意义上的科层制和“祛魅”分别从制度和观念上影响着西方国家的教师文 化塑造;重塑之后的教师文化衍生出了新的危机。新危机的解决需要“卡利斯玛”权威结构的重 现和“返魅”，但理性化的进程在最大程度地堵死了危机解决之路。徘捆于传统和理性化之间的 我国教师文化，要警惕类似于西方国家的教师文化合理性危机，需要在提升行政人员的道德素 廣和重塑教师的知识权威及教学自主权上着力。

According to Weber's rationalization trend analysis of the concept of modem social development， the teacher culture development trends of the western countries also have the characteristics of the rationalization. Both bureaucracy and disenchantment exercise great influence on teacher culture production of the western countries. New teacher culture production has new crisis， its solution needs the power of tradition and mystery. But this is not possible because of contradiction of rationalization. Teacher culture in our country should maintain sharp vigilance on rationalization crisis of the teacher culture development trends. This is a valid way to improve the moral qualities of administrative personnel and to preserve the knowledge and teaching authority.
