中文摘要 | 进入21世纪以来,许多国家的教师教育政策越来越关注教师质量与学生成绩、教 师培养的关系,突出教师准入政策、教师发展政策、教师教育评估政策,出现了支持多样化教师 培养路径、持续性教师专业发展、卓越性教师培养体系的特征。本文主要以美国、英国、荷兰、澳 大利亚、加拿大、芬兰和新加坡为样本,分析比较教师培养政策及其发展走向,进而总结教师培 养政策实施的经验。 |
英文摘要 | Since the 21st century, international teacher development policies have been increasingly concerned about the relationship between teacher quality and student achievement, also between student achievement and teacher preparation with more emphasis on access to teaching profession,teacher development,and teacher e— ducation assessment. These policies tend to support varied teacher preparation paths,continuous teacher professional development and high-quality teacher preparation system. Mainly taking Finland,the United Kingdom,the United States, the Netherlands,Canada and Singapore as examples, this paper analyzes and compares teacher preparation policies and practices among these countries so as to get the international experience of teacher preparation and related policies informed. |
