中文摘要 | 教学领导是教育领导领域的核心问题之一。当前西方的教学领导的概念区别于传 统的教学领导,是一种“新”的教学领导,其内涵在领导者与领导方式上都发生了变化。教学领 导内涵的变化体现出西方教育领导研究的两大转向,即实证性转向与实践性转向。在这种转变 中,分布式领导的观点成为一种颇具影响的理论。分布式领导的逻辑强调领导者与学校成员的 互动,并根据学校情境选择适当的领导策略,以促进组织发展或学生学习。 |
英文摘要 | Instructional leadership is one of the core issues in the research on educational leadership. The connotation of current instructional leadership is different from that of the traditional one concerning "who are the leaders" and "how to lead". These changes reflect the empirical and practical shifts of educational leadership research in western countries. Accompanied by the shifts, distributed leadership became an influential theory which attaches importance to the interactions between leaders and followers. Leaders are suggested to employ appropriate leadership strategies in accordance with the specific context of schools to facilitate school improvement or student learning. |
