中文摘要 | 进入21世纪以来,终身教育需要根据学习者的实际需要求进行调整,即开始向终身学习的理念转变。搭建终身学习“立交桥”的任务越来越迫切,而学习者学习成果的认证、积累与转换是其基本的要素。该文以终身教育、终身学习的理念实践发展为基础,提出学分银行是构建终身教育体系、搭建终身学习“立交桥”的基本要素。通过现实分析,提出了我国学分银行建设的制度目标,并进行了宏观制度设计。 |
英文摘要 | Since the beginning of the 21st century, the lifelong education requires some adjustments based on the actual needs of the learners, which means that it is changing towards the concept of lifelong learning. It is becoming more and more urgent to build the lifelong “overpass bridge”, of which the learning achievement authentication, accumulation and transformation have become the basic elements. This paper takes the lifelong education, lifelong learning concepts as the foundation of practical development, proposes the concept that the credit bank is the basic element of constructing the lifelong education system as well as building lifelong learning “overpass bridge”. Moreover, through the practical analysis, this paper proposes the goal of constructing the credit bank in our country, and carries a macroscopic system design. |
