中文摘要 | 在课程改革的推进过程中,教研员身份认同的困惑主要表现在对“我是谁”“我该做什么”“我的价值在哪里”这些问题的回答。究其原因,主要源于教研组织定位不明确、社会对教研员过高的角色期待、新时期教研组织的职能转变等方面,这些因素促使教研员对自身身份的认同产生了困惑。面对这些困惑及原因,我们应该认真研究、审慎对待。 |
英文摘要 | In the process of promoting the curriculum reform, teacher researchers became confused with their identity and have been looking for the answers to the questions of “Who am I?” “What can I do?” and “Where does my vocational value lie?” Such confusion is mainly due to the following factors : the inaccurate positioning of teaching research section, the high role expectation for the teacher researchers from society, the functional transformation of the teaching research section in the new period and so on. These factors make teacher researchers confused about their identity. We should take the confusion and its causes seriously, and examine and deal with them carefully. |
