英文摘要 | The minority preschool children have their own standard for favoring teachers. According to the level of favoring,there are six dimensions of the standard including personality,interpersonal skills, appearance,caring for life, humor, and knowledge and skills. Preschool teachers should have good personality and good humor,need to pay attention to their appearance,often observe and record the children’s work and behavior,attaches great importance to positive teacher-children relationship and caring minority children’s life,and improve professional level of teaching knowledge and skills. |
