Educators Should Find a Link in Discipline%2C Society and Student Culture

众多的少数族群其实是失去联结、未来的“新多数族群”以“处境不利”“文化剥夺”“弱势”等词汇称为少数族群，投射了人们对他们社会及教育成就的低期待以及缺乏了解；了解少数族群的历史和文化传统是激励他们成功学习的最好动机策略;让每一个人成为文化卓越者；教师应该避免误识性种族歧视。

The combination of ethnic minorities who lose connections is actually the “new majority” in the future. Describing “new majority” as “disadvantaged” “culturally deprived” and “vulnerable” reflects the low expectation on their social and educational achievement and lack of understanding from the mass. Understanding of ethnic minorities' history and cultural tradition is the best strategy to motivate them to learn successfully. Education should make everyone become cultural excellence，and teachers should avoid the dysconscious racism.
