英文摘要 | The combination of ethnic minorities who lose connections is actually the “new majority” in the future. Describing “new majority” as “disadvantaged” “culturally deprived” and “vulnerable” reflects the low expectation on their social and educational achievement and lack of understanding from the mass. Understanding of ethnic minorities' history and cultural tradition is the best strategy to motivate them to learn successfully. Education should make everyone become cultural excellence, and teachers should avoid the dysconscious racism. |
