美国高校IT治理的特点与启示

The Characteristic and Enlightenment of IT Governance Model in USA University

大学体制创新是深化高校信息化建设的必然选择。本研究从战略一致性、治理结构、IT部门改革、IT绩效评估四方面分析总结了美国大学IT治理改革，认为促进信息化建设与大学战略目标相一致、构建多群体参与的IT治理结构、建立全校IT绩效测评体系、重构IT部门是美国大学的成功经验，提出了以信息化体制促进大学体制改革，实现以信息化推动大学变革发展是我国大学信息化体制建设的核心目标。

Deepening the information construction is necessary choice for institutional innovation. The study explores the successful experience of the reform of information management in some American universities and shows that our country’s university can deepen the construction from four aspects: uniform the strategy， informationize the structure management， informationize the department reform and informationize the performance assessment. By means of university informatization inform， we can accelerate the development of the university， and achieve the goal to promote the development of reform and innovation of university.
