中文摘要 | 教育信息化的不断推进,对职前教师的教育技术能力提出了更高的要求。教育技术能力的核心是应用,它的提高更多的需要职前教师的亲身实践和体验,而体验学习圈正是一种注重学习者实践和体验的理论。该文从当前职前教师教育技术能力培养的现状出发,结合体验学习圈理论的特点,探讨了基于体验学习圈的职前教师教育技术能力培养策略,并将这些策略应用到培养实践中。实践证明,借鉴体验学习圈理论来培养职前教师教育技术能力,选择适合体验学习的培养内容,注重真实体验的创建、反思性活动的设计和再实践机会的提供。能够有效提高职前教师的教育技术能力,从而提升其专业素质,增强其就业竞争力。 |
英文摘要 | With the educational informatization deepening, higher requests have been put forward on the pre-service teachers’educational technology abilities. The core of educational technology abilities is application, and the improvement of applicationneeds more first-hand practice and experience. The experiential learning cycle just pays more attention to the learners’ practice andexperience. This paper, based on the current training status of pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities, combinedwith the characteristics of the experiential learning circle theory, discusses the training strategies of pre-service teachers’ educationaltechnology abilities on the experiential learning circle, and applies these strategies into practice. The practice show that, based onthe experiential learning cycle to train the pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities, and choose proper training contents,emphasize the construction of the real experience, and the design of the reflective activities and provide chances for re-practice, thus,the pre-service teachers’ educational technology abilities will be enhanced efficiently. Meanwhile, their professional quality andemployment competitiveness will increase, too. |
