英文摘要 | The online teaching ability for teachers in American universities is quite perfect. Its training content includes planning,helping students to make preparation, good organization of courses, advanced technology application, interaction strengthening,reasonable evaluation and other abilities. Its training mode is flexible and rational, which puts emphasis on the combination ofindividual learning and collective learning, the integration of training mode and cooperative development form, and the teachers’individual needs. And its security system is based on the US government’s macro guidence, professional organization’s madhyamakacoordination and universities’ microcosmic implementation, which provides a strong guarantee for teachers’ online teaching abilitytraining. The study and analysis on the online teaching ability training mechanism for teachers in American universities contributes tothe improvement of university teachers’ online teaching ability in our country. |
