中文摘要 | 韩囯学生近年来在HSA国际评价之阅读素养的成绩名列前茅。经研究发现韩国自2003年起持续实施阅读推广法制化,积极改善学校及公立图书馆设施设备,且全面推广晨读运动,发展阅读素养的诊断性评价,结合民间力量推广阅读等,其成效卓著。本文亦发现“理解应用型”阅读策略有助于改善韩国学生的阅读态度及阅读素养,但“背诵型”阅读策略则无明显效果。本文希望借重韩国推广阅读教育的成果及经验,据以提出推动阅读教育的启示,以供有关单位参考。 |
英文摘要 | The reading literacy of Korean students in Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) came out on the top in recent years It was found that the Korean government carried out the legalization of reading promotion gradually from 2003, improved the facilities and equipment of school libraries and public libraries, popularized the “10 Minutes Morning Reading” program,developed the tests for measurement of reading literacy, and integrated the resources of civil groups for reading promotion The results were outstanding It was also found that the uComprehension and application” type of reading strategies were helpful for improving the reading attitudes and reading literacy of Korean students,However,the “memorization and repeat” type of reading strategies are not very helpful Based on the findings,this paper concludes some implications of reading education that could be served as a reference for policy making of the relevant governments |
