中美特殊儿童融合教育实施状况的比较研究

Enlightenment and Comparison between Chinese and American Inclusive Education

本文对中美近20年的融合教育进行了比较研究，发现我国特殊儿童受教育人数比 (0017%^0 021%)与美国（10 48%〜12 25%)相距甚远。美国为13类不同残疾类别学生提供6类安置环境，安置在分离环境的只有3 8%，我国为3类特殊儿重提供3种安置环境，安置在分离环境的占36 73%。我囯融合教育对象和安置环境需要作出符合中国国情及囯际发展趋势的界定，对特殊服务作具体规定。
