中文摘要 | 本文对中美近20年的融合教育进行了比较研究,发现我国特殊儿童受教育人数比 (0017%^0 021%)与美国(10 48%〜12 25%)相距甚远。美国为13类不同残疾类别学生提供6类安置环境,安置在分离环境的只有3 8%,我国为3类特殊儿重提供3种安置环境,安置在分离环境的占36 73%。我囯融合教育对象和安置环境需要作出符合中国国情及囯际发展趋势的界定,对特殊服务作具体规定。 |
英文摘要 | This paper made a comparative analysis about special education between China and America in recent 20 years United States provided 6 types of placement environment for 13 types of disability students In China, there were only 3 types of placement environment for 3 types of disability students Corresponding to this,10 48-12 25% of the total number of primary and secondary school students can accept special education in Amenca While in China, the percent was only 0 017〜0 021% The conclusions are Our service groups and placement environment of inclusive education need to be defined in accordance with China's national conditions and development trend of special education in the world Special education and related services of special children should be defined specifically |
