英文摘要 | Based on the report of Top Ten IT Issues from EDUCAUSE, the authors explore the trends of information technology in higher education and the future of collegiate teaching and learning innovation. They argue that, after the great efforts during the past three decades, teaching and learning innovation with information technology has been the mainstream for IT in higher education. In this case, how to establish the new institutions for teaching and learning innovation is the priority. In order to facilitate teaching and learning with technology, we need to keep balance between the innovation and inheritance in the process of change management, encourage the consumption of information and promote the democratization of IT use through Bring Your Own Device, and provide the evidence to teaching and learning innovation through the practice of learning analytics. |
