中文摘要 | 高辍学率一直是远程教育发展的痼疾所在。关于远程学习者辍学影响因素的现有研究的理论基础、研究情境、研究对象和方法选取高度多样化,在影响因素的总结时多从研究者的经验和视角出发,缺乏对辍学者内在权衡机制的探索。该文基于现代期望价值理论和决策心理学理念,从学习情境中决策心理成本的视角,分预期努力成本、预期情感成本、预期时间成本和预期社会成本四大维度对远程学习者辍学影响因素进行了系统分析,针对远程教学实践对应各成本维度提出了对策和建议。该文系运用教育心理学相关理论和决策心理学相关理念对远程教育辍学研究进行的整合,在完善现代期望价值理论有关成本的概念内涵、认识远程学习者辍学决策的损益权衡机制以及指导远程教学改革以降低远程学习者辍学率方面具有理论与实践双重意义。 |
英文摘要 | High dropout rate is a great challenge for the development of distance education. The existing researches in influencing factors of distance learners’ dropout have been executed on the basis of different theories, circumstances, subjects and methods, and are different from each other in the researchers’ experiences and viewpoints. For a further understanding of distance learners’ inner tradeoff mechanism in whether to continue studying or not, based on the ideas of decision-making psychology and modern expectancy-value theory, the writers seek to synthesize the existing researches of distance learners’ dropout influencing factors from mental cost perspective of expected effort cost, expected feeling cost, expected time cost and expected social cost. This research aims at not only an improvement in the understanding of cost under modern expectancy-value theory, but also a suggestive contribution to reducing the distance learners’ dropout rate from a more integrative way. |
