英文摘要	＂Ranking of National Higher Education Systems＂ released by Universitas 21， focused on the national higher education system、entire functions， provides us with an objective frame of reference for ＂powerful nations of higher education＂. Through the comparison of two years＂ data from U21 ranking， we can see the gap between powerful nations of higher education in the world and China's higher education development to a certain extent.
