中文摘要 | 随着全球化的发展,多元文化技能成为教师的必备技能之一。对职前教师而言,多元文化技能的形成受制于文化防御、文化整合态度、自信心和歧义容忍度、专制态度、师生认同感、同理心和使命感、社会责任感七个因素。日本和芬兰在职前教师多元文化技能的培养方面积累了丰富的经验,这些经验对我国培养职前教师多元文化技能的培养具有积极的借鉴意义。 |
英文摘要 | With the development of globalization, Intercultural Competence is the necessary skill for a teacher. Seven fairy distinct factors are used to indicate the preservice teachers’ intercultural competence, such as defensive attitude, integrative attitude, confident attitude and tolerance of ambiguity, authoritarian attitude, inter-relational attitude, empathetic attitude with sense of mission, and socially responsible attitude. Both Japan and Finland has rich experience in training preservice teachers’ intercultural competence. It is worthwhile to learn the experience from Japan and Finland for teachers’ education in our country. |
