英文摘要 | Nowadays, the development of teachers are getting more and more attention, especially in personality development. As we all know, differentiating instruction to meet individual student’s needs is important. The personality development are meaningful for teachers and students. Stimulating personality development of teachers can fully exert teacher’s potential, inspire enthusiasm of teachers’ instruction, improve teachers coaching capacity and even transform our teacher to a specialized personnel. In terms of personality development of teachers, the Houston Independent School District’s experience is worth learning. This paper tries to analyses and interpret the approach of personality development of teachers in Houston Independent School District, hoping that it can be helpful to the study and practice of our teachers personality development. |
