个性化之路：美国休斯顿教师专业发展模式的经验探析

Moving Beyond “One Size Fits All”： Experience of Houston Teacher Professional Development

近年来，教师的发展越来越受到人们的关注，尤其是教师的个性化发展更是如此。与学生个性化发展相对应，教师的个性化发展也相当重要。促进教师个性化发展有利于充分发挥教师潜能、激发教师教学积极性、提高教师教学能力、推动我国教师向专业化人才发展。而在教师的个性化发展方面，美国休斯顿独立学区的经验值得我们借鉴。本文对休斯顿独立学区的教师个性化发展方式进行探析和解读，希望对我国教师个性化发展的研究和实践有所帮助。

Nowadays， the development of teachers are getting more and more attention， especially in personality development. As we all know， differentiating instruction to meet individual student’s needs is important. The personality development are meaningful for teachers and students. Stimulating personality development of teachers can fully exert teacher’s potential， inspire enthusiasm of teachers’ instruction， improve teachers coaching capacity and even transform our teacher to a specialized personnel. In terms of personality development of teachers， the Houston Independent School District’s experience is worth learning. This paper tries to analyses and interpret the approach of personality development of teachers in Houston Independent School District， hoping that it can be helpful to the study and practice of our teachers personality development.
