中文摘要 | 中輟生復學後的學校適應常面臨諸多困境,頗需學校輔導介入。相關文獻顯示有效的中輟介入方案與諮商理念契合,若能由團體諮商藉此提升中輟生復學後的學校適應自我效能,應可減少再度中輟。考量中輟生經常屬於非自願個案,故本研究以動機式晤談為基礎,配合團體動力與青少年發展特質,設計並帶領一個提升學校適應自我效能的團體諮商方案。本研究方案的效果評估採取準實驗研究設計,兼採量化與質性資料進行分析。研究結果發現,本研究方案可以有效提升實驗組的生涯發展自我效能,但是學業與體能自我效能的改善不顯著,至於人際自我效能的改善則尚不明確。本研究根據研究結果進行討論與詮釋,並對未來研究與實務工作提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The amount of dropout students has decreased recently, but there are still many challenges faced by dropouts at school. After reviewing relative literature, the researcher found that the efficient factors of programs used for dropouts match the rationales of correctional counseling, and that by enhancing self-efficacy, it will be helpful for dropouts to meet the acquirements of school. Since dropouts are often involuntary clients, the researcher of this study adopted the Motivational Interviewing approach as the theoretical framework for designing the group counseling program to enhance the self-efficacy of dropouts who returned to school. Also, the design of this program considered group dynamics mechanism and the characters of dropouts as well. In order to evaluate the effects of this program in a correct manner, this study adopted both summative and formative evaluation. The results indicated that this group counseling program could enhance the dropouts’ self-efficacy in terms of career development, but not in academic and physical performance, and was unsure in interpersonal relationship. The researcher discussed possible reasons for the results and differences between quantitative and qualitative evaluations, then proposed suggestions for future research and practice. |
