| 英文摘要 | To promote the professional development of teachers, each Canadian province has enacted relevant laws and regulations to strengthen the induction of primary and secondary beginning teachers and guidance since the 1980s, the induction education of beginning teachers has attached great importance. In the induction education of Canadian beginning teacher, each province has formulated scientific teacher induction program for beginning teacher, set up a reasonable guide content, established a large support and gurantee system, formed a flexible and diverse training methods, promoted the teachers' professional development efficiently, revealed the distinguishing features and experiences of primary and secondary teacher induction education in Canada. |
