英文摘要 | Since its social transformation, Russia's normal education attaches great importance to the quality of teacher training. In order to further promote the quality and the level of teacher training, Russia is sticking to the concept of newpersonalized teacher education, and focusing on cultivating personalized teachers. As the strategic measures in education reform, Personalized teacher training has a scientific rationale, explicit practicing goal and concrete operation strategy, promote the reform of teacher education from the macro level into the micro- level, and played an active role in promoting Russian teacher’s personalized and specialized ability. |
