建構國小校長說故事領導行為量表益於校長說故事領導研究和推廣應用,本研究指出發展量表需思考理論基礎、量表發展、量表應用等課題,可採取演繹和去脈絡化取向與驗證分析典範,並提出定義構念、建立論述、編製題項、抽樣施測、品質分析、考驗效度、考驗信度、建立常模等流程、校長說故事領導行為定義、考驗量表品質方法及題項測量架構,而國小校長說故事領導行為包括知能熟稔、場域實踐、影響他人等層面。經諮詢專家評論初稿,抽樣施測臺灣地區國小校長、主任和教師,並進行品質分析、共同方法變異、單向度因素結構、信度和效度等分析以考驗量表品質,顯示量表品質不錯,也提出多種常模供應用。
英文摘要
Developing a scale to measure principal storytelling leadership behaviors in elementary schools is benefit for academic researches and applications of principal storytelling leadership. The study discussed some considerable topics in developing a scale that included theoretical base, scale development, and scale application. By comparison, the inductive and de-contextualization approaches, and confirmatory analytic paradigm are suitable for developing a scale. One complete procedure for developing a scale, which contained defining constructs, generating theory, administering items, sampling and measurement, quality analysis, evaluating validity, evaluating reliability, and establishing norm, was proposed. Therefore a definition of principal storytelling leadership behaviors, some methods to test the quality of a scale as well as a frame for developing items were all discussed. The principal storytelling leadership behaviors in elementary schools could measure by the domains of “mastering competence”, “practicing in real situations”, and “influencing other”. Several experts have reviewed the draft of pilot scale, and then principals, directors of office, as well as teachers in elementary schools in Taiwan were also sampled to survey. Moreover quality analysis, common method variance, unidimensionality, reliability, and validity were conducted to test the quality of pilot scale. Results indicated the quality of pilot scale is good. Finally various norms were also provided.
