中文摘要 | 韓流的影響無孔不入,連教育也不例外,世界各國頻頻到韓國進行教育取經,韓國外國學生每年以萬名速度增加,學韓語也變得熱門。韓國由一個在1997年亞洲金融危機時尚須求助國際貨幣基金組織援助的國家,到2012年成為「20~50俱樂部」一員,名列第七個已開發國家,它的蛻變不可同日而語。本文分從韓國教育概況、教育行政制度架構與學制進行介紹,並分析初等教育、中等教育與高等教育學校數量、學生數與教師數,接續討論新近教育政策改革與發展,最後歸納韓國的教育特色。 |
英文摘要 | The influence of Korean fad is ubiquitous, including education. Many countries in the world have been starting to learn from Korean education. In Korea, the number of foreign students is increasing in the speed of ten thousands every year. It has also became popular to learn Korean. In 1997, during the period of Asia financial crisis, Korea was still a country which needed financial support from International Monetary Fund (IMF). But in 2012, it became one of “20-50 Club” and the seventh developed country in the world. This change is tremendous. The peper introduces Korea's educational situation, educational administration organizations and school systems; analyzes the number of schools, students and teachers of primary education, secondary education and higher education. Further, it discusses the reforms and developments of new educational policies. Finally, it concludes Korea's features of education. |
