英文摘要 | Compare to personal merit pay system, the group merit pay system is conducive to team cooperation, avoids too much personal competition and facilitates the realization of organization objectives. Given to the features of school and teacher, the introduction of group merit pay system to school has real values. This paper tries to identify the experience of the group merit pay system for American teachers by studying its background, program and practice effects and analyzing its advantages and disadvantages. It may provide reference for the implementation of teacher merit pay system in China. |
