英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to come up with intervention strategies that contribute to reducing and eliminating various forms of school violence. Effective prevention and intervention are the two key factors of the comprehensive intervention model. Firstly, school administrators, teachers, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and counselors should play their active role in limiting and mitigating the influence of school violence. Secondly, all the school staff should be highly aware of the potential behaviors and factors that may lead to school violence. Every individual staff should have effective connections with students. Thirdly, school should be made as a safe and valued community for the students. Finally, effective support should be provided for victims of school violence, while effective intervention should be done to violent people. |
