日本在2000-2009年的四輪國際學生評估項目PISA測試中表現出色,一直位于或接近世界領先水平.這一成果與日本的教育體制密切相關.本文從課程體系、教學過程、家校聯攜、學習時間、教師素質、財政支出、專注公平和評價體系八個方面分析了日本在PISA測試中卓越表現的歸因.日本的教育體制有其自身的特色,對日本在四輪PISA測試中卓越表現的原因分析對我國現今的教育改革具有較強的啟發和借鑒意義.

Japan has achieved consistent standing in four rounds of PISA program from 2000 to 2009, which benefits greatly from its education system. This paper aims to make an analysis of the influencing factors that Japan’s success may attribute to, including the standard and demanding national curriculum, emphasis on student engagement, school-home communication, long schooling hours and additional schooling, optimized teacher quality, carefully-targeted financial resources, focus on equity and innovation in evaluation system, with the end of the enlightenment from the above analysis and recommendation for future.
