大學生就業壓力的類型及分析

The Analysis of College Students' Employment Stressors

本研究有兩個目的:第一，探討大學生就業壓力的類型;第二，分析大學生就業壓力的特點。研究分三步:采用開放式問卷探討大學生就業的主要壓力源;通過對開放式問卷結果的分析，確定就業壓力的類型;采用量表調查分析大學生就業壓力的特點。主要測量工具為。被試選取北京市四所高校的大學生，共741人。結果顯示:大學生就業壓力的主要類型為社會環境壓力，個人環境壓力，時間壓力和個人條件壓力。大學生就業壓力的主要特點是:大學生的就業壓力水平總體偏高，其中社會環境帶來的壓力最大，個人環境的壓力較大，個人條件的壓力一般，時間壓力不大。

The two objectives of current research: Firstly， the employment stressors for college students. Secondly， the analysis of main features of college students' employment stress. The research has three stages. The open-ended questionnaire was conducted to explore the main stressors of college students' employment; defining the major types of stressors based on the questionnaire results; analyzing the features of colleges students' employment stressor. The major tools used in this study is The Survey of College Students' Employment Stressors. The sample is 741 college students from four universities at Beijing. The results indicate that the major types of college students employment are: society circumstance stress， individual circumstance stress， time management stress， and personal stress.
