家校關系視野中的學生發展:基于西部五省調研的分析

The Students' Development under the Perspective of relation Between Families and Schools : The Analysis Based on the Empirical Study in Five Provinces in Western China

教育發展的水平在很大程度上取決于學生發展的程度，本文基于對西部五省農村學校的調查分析，從家(社區)校關系的視角對學生發展問題給予關注。通過對\＂西部五省基礎教育發展＂項目中\＂學校發展規劃＂項目的評估，我們發現，即使在\＂自上而下＂的項目影響下，項目學校仍不信任社區群眾，仍未建構新的學校功能觀。同時，學校把其與家庭的關系窄化與功利化，在某種程度上影響了學生的發展。本文認為，學生發展事關家、校、社區等多層面，因而建構家校之間的良性互動，使其本土化、制度化是達至學生發展目標的重要基礎和保障。

To a large extent， education， assessment is determined by students' development and levels. This paper focuses on the students' development from the perspectives of relations between families / communities and schools. Through the project of “Basic Education Development in Five Provinces in Western China”， we found the target school neither trust local communities， nor build new perspectives of school functions. Meanwhile， the target schools over narrow the relations between the schools and families， which to some extent hinder the students' healthy development. This study argues that students' development is not only an issue within the school， but also related to the outer factors such as families， schools， communities. Therefore， building the virtuous interaction between families and schools， and making the interaction more localized and institutionalized are very important to ensure students' development.
