自主招生:精英角逐的場域

Independent Recruitment : A Battle Filed for Elite Students

自主選拔錄取作為一種場域，在我國呈現了一種精英角逐的典型特征。一方面，自主招生表現為對學業成績突出、綜合素質優秀的精英人才的選拔，同時，在這個過程中也呈現出受眾群體城市化、優勢家庭階 層傳遞的顯著事實，表現為對＂精英＂的選拔出現了異化與制度偏好。本研究以北京某高校為例，對自主招生場域的＂精英化\＂表征進行了揭示與剖析，并對其導致的教育公平問題以及自主招生制度的探索與改革進行了深入思考。

It has shown that Independent Recruitment (IR) is a field of elites' competition in China. It is a selection of elite talents who are prominent in study as well as in comprehensive quality. Meanwhile， the selection process also acquires the features of urbanization and the family-superiority transmission across the generations. The elite selection process also presents the features of alienation and institutionalization. Taking a university in Beijing as example， this paper tries to reveal and analyze the elite trait in the field of independent recruitment and take an in-depth thinking of associated education fairness and its exploration and reform as sytem.
