論科學發展觀指導下的高等教育質量觀

The Analysis of Higher Education Quallity from the Perspective of Scientific Development

高等教育質量是高等教育活動滿足社會需要的程度。高等教育質量觀是人們在特定社會歷史條件下的高等教育價值選擇，是對于高等教育質量高低、優劣的系統看法。隨著社會進步、高等教育發展和人們認識的變化，高等教育質量觀也在發展變化。根據科學發展觀對高等教育的新要求，應樹立科學的高等教育質量觀。科學的高等教育質量觀具有促進人的全面發展、滿足社會需要、符合辦學定位、相對性等內涵。

Higher Education quality reflects how much higher education satisfies the needs of society. Higher education quality not only reflects the values which people chose to believe in certain circumstances， but also indicates the standard how to judge the higher education system. With the society development， the core values of higher education quality keep transforming. Based on the new requirement of scientific development， we are supposed to build scientific perspectives of higher education quality. Scientific perspectives of higher education quality should promote individual's all around development， meet the society needs， etc.
