Research Patterns of Academic Management System in Western University

本文從分析核心概念開始，進而對相關的現代管理學成果進行回溯，探討了學術管理的內涵構成和研究重點。為有效探索大學管理制度的階段特征與變革規律，本文提供了一個結構分析圖示，以便于揭示不同類型模式的存在狀態，并且試圖將它們在分析圖示中合理定位，目的是使圖示中的四類模式之間的聯系和差異在直觀上得到強化。進而，本文側重對四類模式的階段特征進行分析和詮釋，此類努力將對認識和揭示大學管理制度內涵和變革規律有所裨益。

The article analyzes the core concepts， traces back to related researches and theories of modern management， and discusses the several crucial elements o the research. Then， it puts forward an analyzed structure of academic management which is suitable to study the present state of the different patterns of academic management， and locate them reasonably in the structure. This article strengthen the direct impression of the relation and differences among the four patterns. This article helps to understand and study the connotation and rules of the changes of modern university system.
