生成式人工智慧在教育研究中的應用逐漸從通用型工具走向專業化分析輔助。本研究聚焦於ChatSPSS在統計分析中的應用，說明其作為人工智慧統計助理之功能特色與操作流程。本文以實作導向方式，介紹ChatSPSS的設計並透過實際案例演示描述性統計、資料視覺化、單因子變異數分析及事後比較等操作。實作結果顯示，ChatSPSS能協助研究者快速完成統計方法選擇、分析結果產出與文字化解讀，對於降低統計操作門檻、提升量化資料分析效率及輔助研究報告撰寫具有實用價值。然而，AI工具之分析結果仍仰賴研究者掌握研究深度、理論判斷與知識貢獻進行檢核與判斷，因此，較適合定位為教育研究中的統計輔助工具，透過人機協作模式兼顧分析效率與研究品質。

Generative artificial intelligence is increasingly being applied in educational research, with its role gradually evolving from a general-purpose tool to a specialized assistant for research and data analysis. This study focuses on the application of ChatSPSS in statistical analysis and introduces its key features and operational procedures as an AI-powered statistical assistant. Using a practice-oriented approach, the study presents the design of ChatSPSS and demonstrates its application through practical examples, including descriptive statistics, data visualization, one-way analysis of variance, and post hoc comparisons. The results indicate that ChatSPSS can assist researchers in selecting appropriate statistical methods, generating analytical results, and producing narrative interpretations of statistical outputs. These functions help reduce the complexity of statistical procedures, improve the efficiency of quantitative data analysis, and support research report writing. Nevertheless, the outputs generated by AI tools still require researchers to apply their expertise in research design, theoretical reasoning, and scholarly interpretation. Therefore, ChatSPSS is best regarded as a statistical support tool in educational research, operating within a human-AI collaborative framework that balances analytical efficiency with research quality.
