| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在釐清高等教育跨領域研究之國際發展趨勢,並從中探討大學跨領域人才培育的領導策略。研究以Scopus資料庫4,037篇文獻為分析對象,運用文字探勘方法,描繪跨領域研究的知識結構與核心議題。結果顯示,跨領域研究已由傳統的課程整合逐步走向跨專業協作、系統化流程改善、能力建構與真實場域的實踐導向,其語意核心集中於教育、學生、學習與跨學科知識整合。主題分析進一步呈現跨領域教育的制度化趨勢,包含跨專業實踐、問題導向學習、協作文化建置及多學科系統整合,並與經濟合作暨發展組織(Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD)、聯合國教科文組織(United Nations Education Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO)等國際組織推動之跨域能力框架相互呼應。基於研究發現,本研究提出四項領導策略:建立跨領域治理機制、推動數位科技整合、培養協作文化,以及以真實問題導向課程建構跨領域能力生態系,供各大學跨領域人才培育規劃參考。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aims to clarify global development trends in interdisciplinary research within higher education and to explore leadership strategies for cultivating interdisciplinary talent in universities. Drawing on 4,037 articles retrieved from the Scopus database, the study employs text mining techniques to depict the knowledge structure and core issues of interdisciplinary research. The results indicate a shift from traditional curriculum integration toward interprofessional collaboration, systematized process improvement, competency development, and practice-oriented learning in authentic contexts. The semantic core of the field centers on education, students, learning, and interdisciplinary knowledge integration. Topic analysis further reveals the increasing institutionalization of interdisciplinary education, including interprofessional practice, problem-based learning, collaborative culture building, and multisectoral system integration, aligning with competency frameworks promoted by international organizations such as the OECD and UNESCO. Based on these findings, four leadership strategies are proposed: establishing governance mechanisms for interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing digital technology integration, cultivating a collaborative institutional culture, and constructing an ecosystem of interdisciplinary competence through real-world problem-based curricula. |
