| 中文摘要 | 本研究以兩所原住民族實驗學校為例,透過敘事研究的方式,探討部落學校領導者在部落學校經營過程的領導策略與途徑,研究者分析詮釋採用原住民族教育相關理論,進而藉由校長、學校主任與核心教師團隊的生命歷程敘說。本研究透過深度訪談,透過敘說分析方法重構兩位領導者的實踐故事。本研究指出,教育領導者在原住民族實驗教育的推動中扮演關鍵角色,學校應重視原住民族學校領導人才的發展,包括:一、實驗教育發展種子扎根與勇於面對挑戰。二、部落學校在革新中進行核心團隊課程領導人培育。三、個案學校原住民族實驗教育的定位,源自於從教師所欲出發感動教師,以及實驗教育解構制度重新架構課程與教學。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study takes two indigenous experimental schools as examples and explores the leadership strategies and approaches of tribal school leaders in managing tribal schools through narrative research. The researchers analyze and interpret relevant theories of indigenous education, then use the life narratives of principals, school directors, and core teaching teams to tell their stories. This study reconstructs the practical stories of two leaders through in-depth interviews and narrative analysis. The study highlights that educational leaders play a vital role in promoting indigenous experimental education, and schools should prioritize the development of leadership talent within indigenous schools. First, the seeds of experimental education need to be sown, and challenges need to be faced boldly. Second, tribal schools should cultivate core team leaders through curriculum reform. Third, the positioning of the case school’s indigenous experimental education stems from inspiring teachers by starting from their desires, and from deconstructing the system to restructure the curriculum and teaching. |
