| 英文摘要 | This study examines the challenges and strategies faced by older adults in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As Taiwan approaches a super-aged society, digital inequality, operational anxiety, and trust issues among seniors have become increasingly significant. The research highlights that AI differs from traditional information tools not only technically but also psychologically and ethically. To enhance AI adoption, educational programs should emphasize contextual learning, step-by-step guidance, transparent interfaces, and emotional support. Policy measures should promote age-friendly design, reskilling incentives, and data privacy protection to build a safe and trustworthy learning environment. Integrating education, policy, and social support can empower older adults to become active co-creators rather than passive users, fostering “active aging and intelligent co-learning.” |
