| 中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討在人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence, AI)技術快速發展的時代背景下,個人如何透過培養「學習韌性」(learning resilience)以應對未來挑戰。隨著AI重塑產業結構與勞動市場,終身學習已成為維持競爭力的必要條件,但同時也引發普遍的「學習困境」。本研究採用質性研究方法,對六位在AI時代下持續學習的個人進行深度訪談,探究其打造學習韌性的實踐策略、心態調適與應對機制。研究發現,受訪者普遍將AI視為提升效率與學習的工具,但同時也面臨資訊判斷、時間分配與科技焦慮等挑戰。他們透過批判性思維、心態調適、尋求外部支持(家庭、社群)以及將學習視為樂趣等策略,展現出高度的學習韌性。本研究提供的內外在個人動態適應框架,為工作者的職涯規劃與終身學習策略提供實務啟示。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study aims to explore how individuals cultivate learning resilience in response to future challenges amid the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. As AI reshapes industrial structures and labor markets, lifelong learning has become a necessary condition for maintaining competitiveness, yet it also gives rise to widespread learning dilemmas. Adopting a qualitative research approach, this study conducted in-depth interviews with six individuals who continuously engage in learning in the age of AI, examining their practical strategies, mindset adjustments, and coping mechanisms for building learning resilience. The findings reveal that participants generally regard AI as a tool to enhance both efficiency and learning, while simultaneously facing challenges such as information evaluation, time management, and technology-induced anxiety. Through strategies including critical thinking, mindset adjustment, seeking external support (from family and communities), and perceiving learning as an enjoyable process, they demonstrate a high degree of learning resilience. Ultimately, this study proposed a dynamic personal adaptation framework that integrates theoretical depth with practical guidance, offering insights for career development and lifelong learning strategies in the AI era. |
