英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the philosophy and vision of school leadership in the context of VUCA 2.0. By transforming the volatility of the original VUCA framework into the positive messages of VUCA 2.0 proposed by Bill George– vision, understanding, courage, and adaptability– this study analyzes how these elements play a critical role in principals’ curriculum and instructional leadership. Through the lens of the principal’s leadership, it examines how these components foster innovation and development within schools. |
