中文摘要 | 校長領導的良窳,不僅能改變學校的轉型與發展,也能對學校教師與學生產生正向影響。本文旨在探討校長激勵領導的相關概念、研究及其啟示,首先,闡述校長激勵領導的相關概念,包括校長激勵領導的源起與意義、理論、內涵、發展與困境;其次,分析及評述校長激勵領導的相關實徵研究;最後,再做一總結,並提出未來推動及研究校長激勵領導的相關啟示,分別為:一、倡導激勵領導之概念,提升校長領導素養;二、發展激勵人心之願景,激發教師熱情士氣;三、營造信任安全之氛圍,激勵教師創新創意;四、善用多元溝通與對話,促動正向情緒思考;五、兼採質量之混合研究,探究激勵領導效果。 |
英文摘要 | The effectiveness of a principal’s leadership not only drives school transformation and development but also positively impacts both teachers and students. This article explores the concepts, research, and implications of principal inspirational leadership. First, it elaborates the related concepts of principal inspirational leadership, including its origins, meaning, theories, contents, development, and challenges. Then, it analyzes empirical studies of principal inspirational leadership. Finally, the conclusion of this article proposes six suggestions for the future implementation and research of principal inspirational leadership: (1) advocating for inspirational leadership concepts to enhance principal leadership competencies; (2) developing inspiring visions to promote teacher morale and enthusiasm; (3) fostering an environment of trust and safety to encourage teacher innovation and creativity; (4) utilizing multiple communication and dialogue to stimulate positive emotions and thinking; (5) adopting a mixed-methods approach to explore the effects of motivational leadership. |
