中文摘要 | VUCA提出易變性、不確定性、複雜性、模糊性四個概念,適切地解讀了當今社會環境的特質,VUCA 2.0進一步以願景、理解、勇氣、適應四個概念對解讀結果提出因應方向及策略。由於戶外教育作為教師帶領學生走出課室進行探究、實作與體驗學習的歷程,必然面對戶外環境的變化與風險管理,故本文藉由VUCA來解讀戶外教育在風險管理上的特質,進而透過VUCA 2.0來思考和提出戶外教育風險管理的因應與發展,最後強調戶外教育風險管理應該回歸於提升學生洞察、判斷、強韌、敏捷與調適的能力,體現一種面對與接受變易,並從中找尋方法與策略的積極思維和行動。 |
英文摘要 | The VUCA proposes four concepts: volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, which appropriately interpret the characteristics of today’s social environment. VUCA 2.0 further uses the four concepts of vision, understanding, courage, and adaptability to propose response directions and strategies for the interpretation results. As outdoor education is a process in which teachers lead students out of the classroom to explore, practice and experience learning, it must face the changes and risk management of the outdoor environment. Therefore, this paper uses VUCA to interpret the characteristics of outdoor education in risk management, and then uses VUCA 2.0 to think about and propose the response and development of outdoor education risk management. Finally, it emphasizes that outdoor education risk management should return to promote students’ capabilities of insight, judgment, tenacity, agility and adaptation, and to reflect a positive thinking and action of facing and accepting volatility and finding methods and strategies from them. |
