中文摘要 | 校長的領導始於教育理念,透過倡導學校願景,結合領導策略,推動課程與教學的精進,同時整合校內外資源,以促進學校的永續發展。企業的永續發展是依賴領導者的創新卓見和克服萬難等創業家精神,校長作為永續校園的關鍵角色,是否也應具備創業家精神,以應對快速變化的教育環境?本文旨在提出校長發展創業家精神的策略。根據文獻歸納,創業家精神可展現於創新的實踐過程,本文分析創業家精神與校長領導可兼容互補,具備創業家精神的校長以創新領導推動學校組織創新,導入新興教育科技,引導學生適性學習,並發展特色課程與創新教學。創業家精神為可學習的素養,透過參與實務演練課程或學校創新的實踐等方式,皆可深化校長的創業家精神。 |
英文摘要 | Principal’s leadership begins with an educational philosophy, promoting a school vision, combining leadership strategies, and advancing curriculum and instruction. At the same time, it involves integrating internal and external resources to foster the sustainable development of the school. The sustainability of enterprises relies on the innovative vision and perseverance of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial leaders. However, as a key role in sustainable school, should principals also possess entrepreneurship to cope with the rapidly changing educational environment? This paper aims to propose strategies for principals to develop entrepreneurship. Based on literature reviews, the entrepreneurship can be demonstrated in the practice of innovation. This paper analyzes how the entrepreneurship and school leadership can complement each other. Principals with an entrepreneurship can promote organizational innovation through innovative leadership, introduce emerging educational technologies, guide students in personalized learning, and develop distinctive curricula and innovative teaching methods. The entrepreneurship is a learnable competency that can be deepened through participation in practical training courses or school innovation practices. |
