中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討技術型高中校長複合領導模式與領導效能之關係。析言之,本研究之具體目的包括瞭解技術型高中教師對校長複合領導模式與領導效能知覺之現況與相關、檢驗校長複合領導模式與領導效能整體結構關係,並提供校長與研究者參考。本研究以臺灣地區公、私立技術型高中之校長及學校教師為研究對象,採多階段抽樣(multi-level sampling),共發出正式問卷1,520份,有效問卷1,047份,採用之統計方法有描述性統計、單因子變異數分析(OneWay ANOVA)、積差相關(Pearson Product-Moment Correlation)及結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)。主要研究結果有:一、教師對校長複合領導修正模式各變項(認知、情緒、行為複雜性)及領導效能的知覺均屬中等程度;二、校長複合領導修正模式各變項與領導效能間有顯著的相關;三、校長認知複雜性、情緒複雜性可間接透過行為複雜性的中介作用,對校長領導效能產生正向顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate technical high school principals’ leaderplex model, including cognitive complexity, emotional complexity, as well as behavioral complexity, and its relationship with leadership effectiveness. The main purposes of the study were to understand technical high school teachers’ perception of their principals’ leaderplex model and leadership effectiveness, to examine the overall structural relationship between principals’ leaderplex model and leadership effectivenss, and then to provide suggestions for technical high school principals and related researchers. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire survey was carried out and subjects were selected from principals, teachers holding concurrent administrative positions, and full-time teachers in public and private technical high schools in Taiwan. 1520 copies of the questionnair were formally issued and 1047 valid copies were returned. Statistical methods included descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and linear structural equation model. The main findings are: 1. Teachers rated their perception of principals’ modified leaderplex model (including each of the three variables of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral complexity) and leadership effectiveness all at an intermediate level. 2. There is a significant correlation between each of the three variables of principals’ modified leadership model and leadership effectiveness. 3. Principals’ cognitive complexity and emotional complexity can indirectly have a positive and significant impact on their leadership effectiveness through the mediating effect of behavioral complexity. |
