中文摘要 | 產業界愈來愈重視年輕人的硬技能(hard skill)及軟技能(soft skill),並積極尋求學校課程來充實技能,帶動了教育界的課程反思與改革。然而,偏鄉地區因地理位置及環境等因素,在教育方面出現城鄉差距及技能差距的現象。對於偏鄉教育規劃,應以偏鄉學生為中心,盤點他們適應未來生活所需要的硬技能及軟技能,並規劃相關課程,以建構偏鄉學生在未來工作中需要的技能。本文以21世紀技能學習框架(Framework for 21st Century Learning)、學習指南針2030(OECD Learning Compass 2030)及世界經濟論壇(World Economic Forum, WEF)十大技能中有關硬技能與軟技能為基礎,並訪談七位現任國中小教師,對於偏鄉學生軟、硬技能的看法,統整後提出偏鄉學生應培養的硬技能及軟技能及在課堂上實踐的方式,以期提供未來偏鄉教育改革的參考依據。 |
英文摘要 | The industry pays more and more attention to young people about their hard skills and soft skills, and actively seeks school courses to enrich their skills, which has led to curriculum reflection and reform in the education sector. The location and environmental have led to urban-rural gaps and skills gaps in education. For rural education planning, we should focus on rural students, take stock of the hard and soft skills they need to adapt to future life, and plan relevant courses to build the skills that rural students will need in future jobs. This article is based on the term of hard skills and soft skills from the 21st Century Skills Learning Framework, Learning Compass 2030 and the World Economic Forum’s Ten Skills and the interview records from the informal online interviews with 7 primary and junior high school teachers to provide a possible views and how to practice them in the classroom in rural education. |
