中文摘要 | 當前教育領域正經歷全球化浪潮的洗禮,國際化已成為學校發展的核心議題之一。雖然國際化的趨勢在教育領域日益明確,但有關學校領導者在推動國際化過程中所扮演角色的研究相對缺乏。現有的許多研究多集中在領導風格和個人特質上,對於領導者在實踐過程中的專業發展需求和核心素質,特別是軟技能部分的探討仍然不足。且教育國際化並非單純的表面轉型,而是一項對傳統領導模式及其核心價值的深層挑戰。過往傳統領導側重於標準化與規則化的管理方式,但在學校國際化的過程中,現代學校領導者應具備在複雜的背景下調整領導模式的思維,針對校內資源進行有效的協調與整合,並滿足文化多樣化的需求,以引領學校走向更具國際化的未來。學校領導者的角色至關重要,故更需具備綜合性的軟技能,以有效應對國際化所帶來的多層次挑戰。本文希望透過國內外文獻,就學校國際化中校長的領導軟技能發展方向提出初步探討,以作為國內未來校長專業成長之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The field of education has been currently undergoing a transformative wave of globalization, with internationalization emerging as one of the core issues in school development. Although the trend of internationalization is increasingly evident in education, research on the role of school leaders in driving this process remains relatively scarce. Much of the existing research focuses on leadership styles and personal traits, yet there is insufficient exploration of the professional development needs and essential competencies of leaders in practice, particularly in the realm of “soft skills”. School Internationalization is not merely a superficial transition but a profound challenge to traditional leadership models and their core values. Conventional leadership has emphasized standardized and rule-based management approaches. However, as schools advance toward internationalization, modern school leaders must possess the mindset to adapt their leadership strategies within complex contexts. Furthermore, the role of leaders is critical in this process, requiring effective coordination and integration of own resources while addressing the demands of cultural diversity to guide schools toward a more globally oriented future. Consequently, comprehensive soft skills are imperative for leaders to effectively tackle the multifaceted challenges posed by internationalization. This study seeks to provide a preliminary exploration of the development of soft skills leadership in the context of school internationalization, drawing on both domestic and international literature, aiming to serve as a reference for the future professional growth of principals in Taiwan. |
