How the AI Era Recognizes the Development of Hard and Soft Skills in Experimental Education Students: An Exploration of Waldorf Education’s Curriculum Design and Alumni Learning Experiences

本文探討AI時代背景下，如何培養兼具硬實力與軟實力的綜合能力。首先，在觀念面，透過文獻探討提出「硬實力×軟實力」交互生成的概念，強調兩者相互促進的重要性，並指出此概念已成為AI時代教育發展的核心方向。其中，硬實力涵蓋知識、技能與技術，軟實力則涉及情感、溝通協作與創新等內在素養。在實踐面，本文以華德福教育為例，探討其如何透過戲劇、農耕、藝術鍛鍊、專題探究、社會服務實習等課程，實現硬實力與軟實力的有機結合。透過訪談10位畢業校友，分析其學習與成長經驗，檢視華德福教育如何幫助學生在真實世界中統整兩種能力。研究結果顯示，華德福教育不僅能回應現代教育對「軟硬兼備」能力的需求，還能為未來社會挑戰提供啟發。本研究連結理論與實踐，證明「硬實力×軟實力」交互生成概念的可行性，並為教育實務與政策制定提供實踐價值的參考。

This study explores the conceptual and practical aspects of cultivating integrated hard and soft skills in the AI era. On the conceptual level, it introduces the idea of the interaction between hard and soft skills, emphasizing their mutual reinforcement in addressing future challenges. Hard skills include knowledge, technical abilities, and expertise, while soft skills encompass emotional intelligence, communication, collaboration, and innovation. This concept has become central to 21st-century educational development. On the practical level, the study examines Waldorf education as a case study, analyzing how its curriculum– from grades one to twelve– integrates hard and soft skills through drama, farming, artistic training, project-based learning, and social service internships. The study highlights Waldorf’s holistic approach, which fosters will, emotion, and thinking. Based on interviews with ten Waldorf alumni, the study explores how their educational experiences have facilitated the meaningful integration of these skills in real-world settings. Findings indicate that Waldorf education effectively integrates hard and soft skills, offering insights into addressing future societal complexities. By linking theory with practice, this study demonstrates the feasibility and significance of this interaction, providing valuable guidance for educators and policymakers.
