中文摘要 | 數位能力已成為現代公民應具備的基本素養,對個人、社會及國家整體發展至關重要。在數位化時代,數位能力不僅影響學生的學習效能,還對其未來的就業競爭力產生深遠影響。本文探討了我國數位素養教育的現況與未來發展,揭示數位能力的重要性。我國教育部推動全民數位素養教育與相關計畫,與國際上主流數位能力教育框架(如歐盟的DigComp)接軌。在教學實踐與評估方法上,則有進一步提升的空間。未來,我們應以全方位培養數位能力為目標,以全民教育為基礎,結合政府、學校及教育工作者的協力推動,並建立完善且具體的數位能力評估框架。如此,不僅能提升學生和國民的整體素養,更可確保他們在快速變遷的數位時代中維持競爭力,迎接未來數位世代的挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | Digital competence has become a fundamental literacy for modern citizens, playing a critical role in the development of individuals, society, and nations. In the digital era, digital competence not only affects students’ learning outcomes but also has profound implications for their future employability and competitiveness. This article examines the current state and future prospects of digital literacy education in Taiwan. It highlights the importance of digital competence and explores how Taiwan’s Ministry of Education has promoted nationwide digital literacy initiatives, aligning with international frameworks such as the EU’s DigComp. However, there remains some issues for improvement in instructional practices and assessment framework. Moving forward, the focus should be on cultivating digital competence comprehensively, grounded in universal education and driven by collaborative efforts among the government, schools, and educators. Establishing a robust and specific digital competence assessment framework will not only enhance the overall literacy of students and citizens but also ensure their sustained competitiveness in the rapidly evolving digital age, preparing them to meet the challenges of the future digital economy. |
