學校親職教育之推動：以《我和我的孩子》系列教材運用為例

Promotion of Parenting Education in School: The Application of the “Me and My Child” Series Materials

家庭和學校是生態系統理論中孩子成長的重要微系統，透過家長參與學校的親職教育活動，兩個微系統彼此支持合作，能讓家長獲得對子女各發展階段合宜且有效的教養知能，以俾利孩子的福祉、自信及適應力。本文以學校推動親職教育為主軸，引用聯合國《兒童權利公約》（Convention on the Rights of the Child）以及國內《家庭教育法》、《兒童及少年福利與權益保障法》、《幼兒教育及照顧法》和《國民教育法》中對家長保護和教養兒少子女的相關義務和責任規範，說明父母與家長的親職教育需求和親職教養知能，重點介紹教育部《我和我的孩子》系列教材，針對幼兒、國小學童和青少年子女的家長，設計子女發展、家長角色、親子關係和社會環境影響等四大面向親職教養單元學習議題與其帶領人手冊和專家多媒體影音，隨之闡述學校家庭教育推動和家長會合作推行親職教育的方式、策略和實例，最後，提出學校有關親職教育推動的建議，以供後續學校教育和親職教育工作推動的參考。

The family and school represent important microsystems in a child’s growth within the context of ecological systems theory. Through parental involvement in parenting education programs at school, these two microsystems mutually support and collaborate, enabling parents to acquire appropriate and effective parenting competencies for each stage of their child’s development. This, in turn, fosters the child’s well-being, confidence, and adaptability. This study focuses on the promotion of parenting education in school, citing the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, as well as national regulations such as the Family Education Act, the Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act, the Early Childhood Education and Care Act, and the Primary and Junior High School Act, which define the obligations and responsibilities of parents in the protection and upbringing of children. It then discussed the parenting education needs of parents and the parenting competencies required. The study highlighted the Ministry of Education’s “Me and My Child” series materials, which were designed for parents of young children, school-aged children, and adolescents, covering four major aspects of parenting education: child development, parental roles, parent-child relationships, and the influence of the social environment. The materials included learning topics for each unit, as well as leader handbooks and expert-led multimedia videos. Furthermore, it elaborated on the methods, strategies, and examples of school-based family education initiatives and the collaboration between schools and parent associations in promoting parenting education. Finally, the study offers recommendations for advancing parenting education in school to serve as a reference for future educational and parenting education efforts.
