中文摘要 | 2020年度起,臺灣高中一年級學生皆須修習本土語文或臺灣手語課程,教師可選用教育部核定的教材,再因應學生的程度進行調整。然而,本土語教師以傳統資訊科技(例如圖片、影音等)進行課程,發現學生缺乏學習動機。研究指出,結合數位科技融入教學可以促進學生學習效能、提升學習動機等。透過人工智慧系統,可直接給予口說練習的學生回饋,並提供改進建議,且結合生成式人工智慧工具於課堂設計,更可提高學生的學習動機、創造力。本研究以「在山路項發現客家」一課,運用生成式人工智慧工具結合四學模組(學生自學、組內共學、組間互學、教師導學),引導學生應用本土語AI語言系統進行聽說詞彙自學,並透過生成式人工智慧工具進行課文轉譯成新詩創作、圖像的生成,增進學習效能。本研究進行準實驗研究,以北臺灣某學校高一兩班63位學生為參與者,隨機分為應用生成式人工智慧工具的實驗組,以及採用傳統方法的對照組。實驗結果說明,應用生成式人工智慧工具於教學,既可提升學生學習本土語的學習成效、動機,也提高了學生批判性思考的能力。 |
英文摘要 | In 2020, all Taiwan’s first-year high school students will be required to take a course in either the native language or Taiwanese sign language. Teachers can use teaching tools approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE), which are then adapted to the level of the students. Native language teachers use traditional ICT, such as pictures and audio-visuals, to deliver the curriculum, but students are not highly motivated to learn. Research has shown that integrating digital technology into teaching can enhance students’ learning effectiveness and motivation. Through the development of artificial intelligence systems, it is possible to provide students with direct feedback on their oral practice and suggestions for improvement. The combination of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools in classroom design can increase students’ motivation and creativity. In this study, we used the lesson “Discovering Hakka in the mountain road project” to combine the four learning modules (student self-learning, group co-learning, inter-group learning, and teacher-led learning) with the GAI tool, which guided the students to apply the local language AI system for self-learning of listening and speaking words, as well as to translate the text into a new poem and generate images through the GAI tool in order to enhance the learning effectiveness. In this quasi experimental study, two classes of 63 students from North Taiwan were randomly divided into an experimental group that applied the GAI tool and a control group that used the traditional method. The experimental results indicated that the application of GAI tools in teaching and learning enhanced students’ learning effectiveness, motivation, and critical thinking in learning the local language. |
