中文摘要 | 在職場新進人員的養成訓練中,教師扮演了非常重要的角色,在醫療現場更是如此。因此,各醫療機構為了提升臨床教師的教學能力,積極開設各種教學相關課程,以提升臨床教師的教學能力。然而,一般醫院的「教學評估技巧」及「回饋評值」師資培訓課程,仍採傳統的講授方式,大多著重在知識的訓練,在「教學評估技巧與回饋」的訓練上如何結合文獻知識,尋找解決方法,以及如何客觀評量新進人員的表現,以具體事實給予即時回饋的訓練,相對不足。本研究使用ChatGPT於醫院臨床教師培訓,且為檢驗研究方法的有效性,本研究於醫院臨床教師師資培訓課程之「教學評估技巧與回饋」課程中進行實驗。研究結果發現,使用ChatGPT的培訓模式能顯著提升臨床教師的學習成就及教學評估技巧。 |
英文摘要 | Teachers play a very important role in the training of newcomers in the workplace. In order to enhance the teaching ability of nurse preceptors, various healthcare organizations have been actively offering various teaching-related courses to enhance the teaching ability of nurse preceptors. However, in general, the “teaching assessment skills” and “feedback evaluation” teacher training programs in hospitals are still based on the traditional lecture mode, which mostly focuses on the training of knowledge, and the training of “teaching assessment skills and feedback” is relatively insufficient in how to integrate the knowledge of literature to find solutions and how to objectively evaluate the performance of new recruits and give immediate feedback based on concrete facts. This study used ChatGPT in the training of nurse preceptors in hospitals. In order to examine the validity of the research methodology, this study conducted an experiment on the “Teaching Evaluation Skills and Feedback” course in the teacher training program for nurse preceptors in hospitals. The results of this study showed that the use of the ChatGPT training model significantly improved the learning achievement and teaching assessment skills of nurse preceptors. |
